Excellent welcome to our great and intimate table. I had the scampi tails with the the best risotto. And i don’t like risotto. But the perfect bled of the tails mixed with the risotto made me change my mind. That chef is a magicien. It was a first visit and I do have to write to highly recommend it for a nice fine dinning experience in our beautiful region. The staff was amazing , service and kitchen. So i give it 5 stars all the way.

By far the best restaurant in St. Sauveur. I had the ragu pasta and the meat was so tender it melted in my mouth and the wine list is top tier!!

What an amazing place is Le Latini. We had a lunch on their airy terrace - great for the summer heat. The service was superb and the chef was brilliant. Highly recommend this restaurant!

New Italian restaurant on rue Principale in saint sauveur. Food is a cut above, high quality and well prepared. Service was professional and welcoming. We enjoyed the fixed price lunch at $32 CDN and the quality of the experience was terrific for the price.

We often look for a good risotto but rarely find a great one. Here they have mastered the art. Service is very good, they check in a bit too much for my taste.

I’ve been to Le Latini in Montreal many years ago and it was truly amazing! I remember eating freshly shaved truffles on my fresh pasta…wow! Can’t wait to try it again in Saint Sauveur!
